Buy Online
Choose your gear, pick your store and select ‘In-Store Pickup’ when making your purchase.
Check Your Email
We'll let you know when your order is ready for pickup. This usually takes 3–5 business days.
Grab Your Gear
Head to the store with your government-issued photo ID or the confirmation email.
You can see if a product is available to ship to store on the product details page. Once you have chosen your store and selected the product size and color, the page will display if the item is available in your store. This is shown directly below the Add to Cart button. If you want to see if your product is available to pick up in a different store, click the Change Store link. See example below.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping is free when you choose Ship to Store—and there’s no minimum purchase required.
When will my package be ready for pickup?
Most items will arrive at our store within 3–5 business days. Please note that all pick-up times are estimates. While we strive to meet all pick-up times as quoted, it’s important to note that The North Face does not make any guarantee that your order will be available at any specific time.
How will I know when my order is ready at The North Face?
We will email you when your order is ready. If you have opted into SMS messages from us, you will receive Order Alerts via text in addition to the email.
Why is my order taking so long?
Your order could be delivered to the store in multiple packages, causing a delay. How long do I have to pick up my order?
We’ll hold your order for 10 business days.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
You’ll need a government-issued photo ID or your Order Confirmation Email. If you’re sending a friend to pick up your order, make sure they have a copy of the Order Confirmation Email.
What if I want to return anything from my order?
You can return products in-store or by mail using our online returns platform. Please note that orders paid using Apple Pay, PayPal and Klarna cannot be returned in store and must be returned via the online process.
What if I don’t receive an email about my online order?
Check your junk or promotions folder to make sure it isn’t there.
