Employees, officers and directors of The North Face (including store associates at The North Face-owned retail and outlet stores) or VF Corporation (the parent company of The North Face) and its subsidiaries are not eligible for this Offer.
Internet access and valid email address required.
HOW IT WORKS:
- During the Offer Period of 4/22/2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and 04/29/2025 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, bring your used The North Face gear into a The North Face-owned retail store or visit www.thenorthface.com to see if your items qualify for credit.
- If your gear can be renewed, we’ll give you a credit of $10, $30 or $50 in The North Face Renewed Trade-In Program as well as an additional BONUS credit of $5 or $10**. (Credits can be used on-line or in-store).
- We’ll tune up and resell the items in our online Renewed store, setting them up for their next adventure.
** BONUS credit is $5, except for Nuptse Jacket, Mountain Jacket, Himalayan Parka, Basecamp Duffel and Denali Jacket for which the BONUS credit will be $10.
For in-store submission, consumer will receive credit via email following Item submission. For online submission, consumer will receive credit via email; allow 10-14 days after shipping of Item for receipt of credit. For online submission, $5 will be deducted from credit for shipping charges.
These Offer Terms are made a part of the terms of The North Face Renewed Trade-In Program; in the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the terms of The North Face Renewed Trade-In Program, these Terms will prevail, govern and control only with respect to this Offer and, in all other cases, the terms of The North Face Renewed Trade-In Program will prevail, govern and control.
IF ACCEPTED, ITEM BECOMES THE PROPERTY OF THE NORTH FACE AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
Receipt of credits is contingent upon determination of The North Face and its third party representative that submitted item qualifies (that is, item is gently-used and does not have significant wear, rips, stains, piling or other damage) and consumer submitting item is otherwise eligible.
Each credit is redeemable for a discount on the purchase of any item at any The North Face-owned retail store in the U.S. or www.thenorthface.com. Credit is not a gift card. Credit expires the earlier of exhaustion of its value or 12 months after date of issuance. Credit is not redeemable for cash. Additional value cannot be loaded onto credit. No dormancy fees or service charges apply to use of credit. Credit is good only for original recipient of same and is not transferable. Credit may be combined with coupons, discounts, promotions or offers; without limitation, multiple credits may be used in a single transaction.
Consumer is solely responsible for any and all unspecified expenses in conjunction with participation in the Offer, including but not limited to any wireless Internet access charges and other fees incurred for online submission made via mobile device.
The North Face is not responsible for technological malfunctions/failures/errors of any kind including e-mail transmissions that are lost, late, corrupted, undeliverable for any reason. Additional restrictions may apply.
The North Face’s decisions regarding Offer are final and binding. Acts of fraud, violation of these Terms or inappropriate conduct at The North Face-owned retail store may result in legal sanctions (in addition to withholding of credits for submitted item).
The North Face reserves the right to modify these Offer terms prospectively. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted.
